Group Sound Baths begin with a guided meditation designed to recharge our batteries and connect us to our electrical nature

This is followed by an improvised soundscape that you may use to journey into your physical, mental, emotional or spiritual bodies, using the sounds to dissolve and clear blockages in your system as well as to bring deep relaxation, inspiration and insight
